Just thought I'd post here. I definitely want to do this challenge! I did NaNoWriMo last year and won! I hadn't done much planning before and I think this challenge will really help me. My advice to newbies at NaNoWriMo: Write, write, write! It sounds obvious, but seriously. Find a little time to write each day. Don't stop to edit at all... just write even if you have tons of horrible typos. They can all be fixed up in December. Also, post in the forums. It's fun and can give you good advice!
