You should write whatever your Muse directs you to write. If you find yourself wanting to write about the siblings, too, then write about it! It might turn out to be your best story yet. I can't tell you whether to work on them at the same time or not, though. That depends on how good you are at multi-tasking. Some people are very good at it, while some are very focused.
