Who needs the muse? That's the point in this contest! Grab a theme and go!

All I see in the Domes is just setting. I can do what I want just as long I use this setting. I think I'll just go with two charters interacting but they need to be doing something to make a scene or I'll just have talking heads. To make it interesting I'll write about the global warming. Now I just need to cast the two characters.

This reminds me of a Steve McQueen movie. What a Marine he was! He once stoled an amphibious assault tractor, or AMTRAK and joy road down Hollywood Boulevard. The Corps was not amused.
