I’m thinking about using the flower’s POV too. Though limited, it looks I will just use the flower as the camera and narrator. Too bad there‘s nothing particularly funny about my theme. However, the POV might inspire a spot of comedy. I need to draft it to find out. I never know what I might end up with.

I need a theme. It helps me. I need techniques and devices. I love it when everything fuses and evokes a concourse of muses. I think a muse is when I’m in my Zen and a story takes on a life of its own and flow forth at such a rate that I can’t type fast enough to keep up.

Some times my muse only hangs out for a brief moment, but I have found enough inspiration to written entire short stories and numerous scenes in a single writing session before. I thoroughly enjoy those moments. Having a theme helps me.

What I need to start a writing project is a raw story idea with a theme to start the rising action and work toward a climax. I can only hope to ring the bell before the action falls. I apply the tools of the trade and hope to craft my product in such away to evoke my Zen. That’s why I do not wait for my muse. That might be why I have written some of my best works when I had nothing to write. It might be why I have so many typos too. My muses are like party guest. They only show up for a good time. They are like show flakes...
