Can I write this physical setting as perceived by a secondary character?

It is the store that my protagonist will be working in part-time when she moves to the new town. I would like to describe it through the storeowner's eyes as she sets up her new store (takes place prior to the novel.)

Or does it just have to be a physical setting description?
