I've been enjoying Harry and missed him over the weekend. But it does add an extra layer of constraint--especially since all your stories are at one remove from the pictures--not your response, but his. And that takes hard work on your part, particularly given the time constraints.

So, no real answers. You're the one writing, and if this is what you want to do, do it. If you are feeling too constrained, the only one adding that layer of difficulty is you. None of us would think less of your talent and abilities if you failed to follow that pattern once or twice or ten times.

Only you know how important keeping the stories linked is to you. I would miss Harry, but anyone else you came up with would (I'm sure) also be interesting and fun to read.
