The time frame for entries is the same whether there is a guest judge or me. I was informed right away about what happened and doc felt bad about confusing the time. His time zone is 13 hours different from WDC and he works third shift, so confusion understandable. Since guest judges are volunteers and spend their precious personal time judging MY contest and giving ME a break, I certainly won't complain, especially since he made it right as soon as the mistake was discovered. We're all human and make errors. Judges have from the time I change the prompt, until the next prompt change to judge, at whatever time is convenient for them. They can read the prompts as they are posted or after the change if they like, no matter to me. Hope that answers your questions. Kim |
