I agree that successfully crafting a story in fifteen minutes is a challenge. I struggle with the time limit every day. Even when I work a good portion of the story out in my head, it's not until I sit down and actually write that it becomes cohesive. Fifteen minutes does not give me sufficient time to work out the bugs and breath in life. Oh well, it really is excellent practice.
