So I'm not the only one who's characters tend to meet gruesome ends! Seriously, it's actually a problem for me that I like to write in first person because so many of my plots come to this conclusion.

As soon as I saw the prompt, with someone bald & rich on the phone beside a plane, I thought 'cancer patient, experimental trial been shut down.' So, different, but morbid all the same.
