This prompt was the one that I had the most trouble with. I thought about it all day: what in the world could I write about a man covered in tattoos? But after class today, I came home and looked at it again and noticed that he was, in fact, made of wood. Why that detail would be the one to spur my creativity, I have no idea, but my story just poured out. I cut myself off at 15 minutes, but I have ideas about how to expand this into a real medical mystery tale in the future! Wow!
