I only entered this contest on a dare from Jay's debut novel is out now! . It was the last minute (the contest was filling up) and we only had minutes to join or miss this round.

I've never done well with picture prompts.....but it was a dare! I couldn't refuse!!

I'm sure glad I did. I really had to dig into my imagination to get through this and the exercise restored my faith in my writing ability. And having my faith restored is the real prize.
