Toby the Turtle Toby the great sea turtle lives in the ocean blue; there life he finds so fertile, he has so much to do. Swimming is part of his life, he likes to find new friends; the sea is certainly rife, upon it he depends. There he looks for tasty food so he’ll grow big and strong; scouts out caves for prey pursued, he knows he can’t go wrong. Although he lives life at sea, he still comes up for air; there’s no place he’d rather be as all should be aware. 16 Lines Rhyme Scheme: abab cdcd efef ghgh Form: Quatrain A Quatrain is a poem consisting of four lines of verse with a specific rhyming scheme.
