Frolicking along the beach, I spot a black dot out of the corner of my eye. I stop and watch, waiting to see what it is. Bounding towards me, is an energetic pooch. I smile as I wait for him. I run to and fro with him. We race in the ocean and on the shore. He adds joy to an already beautiful day. I look for his owner. No one comes to claim him. I will let the dog stay with me.
