The assignments are due by October 31st - technically by 00:00 11/1 based on your regional time. So, for example, let's say the cultural setting assignment is really hanging you up, so you skip it. That's fine, so long as you come back to it and complete all the assignments by the end of day on 10/31 - regional time.

However, if you wish to compete in the Contest Rounds, your entries are due by the stated WDC times.
