I finished this novel (rough draft, of course) during nano 2008. Feel free to peruse. I think most stuff is in there. As an author, outlines have been one of my most difficult struggles and I am constantly improving the methods I use. Hope it helps see the organization.

If you use a static item for challenges, the bitem format is easy. If you use a book, entry format can lead people to the specific entry of the book (which should also be referred for bitem format).
