You're fine so long as you spend at least 15 minutes on revision and polishing, because that's all that's required. If your profile is already past that point, use the time to write a profile story about your character. Think about how many stories make up the whole of your own life. You could come up with an infinite number of stories that define a character. Since this is a profile assignment, if you choose to write a story, do it from someone else's perspective, so we get to see the character from someone else's eyes. Be sure to include some of your profile information - for example, maybe this is a college roommate, meeting the character for the first time, so we get a physical description, a first impression of personality, and a hint into what the character wants to do with his life. A mother, discovering a new talent in her child that will go on to define him later. A teacher, guiding the skills and motivations that drive your character's occupation or ambitions. A childhood nemesis who tarnishes your character's innocence and introduces him to conflict and difficult decisions. Include physical and personality descriptions as part of your story profile. Hope this helps! Regards, Michelle
