Do you hope to ever sell your work?

Also, I'm confused when you say you completed the exercise but decided not to identify your market. That's not completing the assignment, unless you mean you only write for yourself and don't intend anyone else to ever read it. In that case, you can say that you are your own target market, but you're still identifying your market.
