When I first started writing here I thought my plots and ideas were so great people were out there waiting to steal them. After being on this site for a few years I have some to realize the possibility is there for the kleptomaniac but none of us are perfect and to copy our story beginnings are pretty rare. There are no new plots (debatable by some) so you probably are writing a plot that is a variation of another plot or one that has been done before and you are putting your own spin on it.
Being cautious and implementing the above Group Only Access is the best thing to do. That keeps most of the important stuff you write within the group. Any classes I have taken my folder and all that is in it limited to that group alone so there is a trust factor between all of us putting our work out there.
Nothing so far that has been requested needs to have any part of your story printed. That is your choice. Answering the tasks, that I see, need only to be Yes I did it. No further proof is requested. This is the honor system so you need not include anything you are uncomfortable posting.
Do not feel alone, we all went through this phase requesting assurance that our Great American Novel would not be snatched and published. Who would take the time to steal a rough draft and have to rewrite it? After all that is what we are struggling with ourselves.
