You can keep your bonus assignments anywhere you like. If you want to compete in the Contest Round, you'll need to actually create an item in your portfolio and link it with the {bitem:} command.

For the setting drawing, you can draw it by hand if that's easier. You are not required to post it anywhere, just to tell us that you completed the task.

However, if you WANT to put it online, here's an idea: Can you take a picture of your drawing with your phone or computer? From your phone, you could email it to yourself at babyrishika@writing.com, or from your computer, you could just upload it.

Since you have a non-expiring free account, you don't have the ability to host a picture in your Writing.com account. Some options: You could upload it to another account (Facebook, Google Plus, Instagram, Flickr, etc. etc.) and just link it there. If you prefer to host it at Writing.com, I would be happy to store it in my portfolio for you.

But again, you're not required to show us your work. If you'd like to keep it private, you can just store it in a notebook or take a picture of your drawing and store it on your mobile device or computer.
