That involved researching on the net. I even looked up New Zealand culture and while I agreed with most of it, I might have forgotten some important things, like our self-deprecating sense of humour. It was a good challenge. Even when we think we know these things and are basing our settings on real life settings or cultures, it is still useful to do these exercises and get some of the stuff down in black and white.
