Arrrrrrrrrrrgh is right! Time management can get the best of the best of us. While I can't say I have any ideas on how to fix a good schedule (not my strong point) I can sympathize and offer encouragement.

Don't give up! And don't feel discouraged! Sometimes asking questions is a good thing. Don't feel bad that you feel like you need help. You can totally do this! Don't worry about having that definite climax yet. We've still got a couple more outline revisions to go, you'll figure it out as you go along.

It's kind of fun having an antagonist as "not a bad guy". Go for it. You can still have conflict there. Explore that. It could end up totally brilliant. Sounds like you've got some great ideas!
