I agree, even if I get almost to my goal.... well I won't be jump up and down happy but I will be pleased. I guess I would rather write something that is more then just something that will sit in a box...And if I have to finish in December so be it. With family issues and just life in general, I have to admit I use nanowrimo as an excuse to find the time for me to write. And I have to admit I might have told my husband I could win a contest by getting this done.... I just didn't tell him what I could win.
