Maybe send out either a weekly or bi-monthly newsletter that lists review information. I think maybe putting a link into each newsletter that explains the total process of the reviewing for this group would help members understand more. Such as how members are chosen to be PORT RAID AUTHORS OF THE MONTH and AUTHOR SPOTLIGHTS. I would also recommend it might be best to only have 1 list for reviewing, just seems having 2 separate list may be a bit redundant. I would just make it for this month, and to be called October Spotlight Authors. Keep it nice and simple with only 1 list. You also might consider asking like a few weeks prior to the new month's listing if the spotlight authors have anything particular they would like to receive reviews for, then you could link the items they want under their username. You could even setup different sections, such as authors for short stories, poems, etc, etc. I think posting actual items from the authors would make it easy on the reviewers. Though this may be a bit taxing on the Angel Staff to set this up, but you could always find someone in the group to run it. Sincerely, careisman@-,-'-,----- |
