Useless paypal 'failed to validate the details of your card', yet this is exactly the same card I have used every time I renewed my membership before, with no problems.

This is after I lost 3 hours trying to access my paypal account, going round in circles with "wrong answer to security question" etc - yet it was the only possible answer I could have given. Paypal has NO customer services contact and NO means of resolving problems. paypal is unfit for purpose. It's time WDC dumped these muppets and used another payment processor.
