Hello there! I am well familiar with the scenario you describe, but do know it doesn't necessarily have to be depression or bipolarity or anything like that. We all have our ups and downs, even if some downs are so heartbreaking that it feels like you can never be cheerful again. What you should focus on now is not the stress of having to catch up, but rather do something that'll bring the mood up again. Let the writing be until then. Take your mind off things. Stress down. Meditation might be a good solution to get your thoughts and emotions in harmony again. I wish my hunting rifle shot clowns for this purpose but, unfortunately, they only shoot bullets.
