Yes, it's most interesting how children react to death. I lost my favorite paternal and maternal grandparent when I was eight respective nine. I cried silently for me and spoke to them in my mind while outwardly I also accepted it and even comforted my dissolved parents. I always said that they maybe couldn't visit us anymore but that they would only leave them and be really dead if mom and dad forgot them.
