Due to family demands, and boy were they demanding, emotionally, physically and mentally, I was unable to finish this in time for the contest entry.

Great exercise though. As I mentioned on Day 12 - this is one face of the antagonistic force which Devin is battling. Marcus' back story revealed some interesting parallels to Devin's life. It adds some understanding for me about his aggressive stance against Devin, as Marcus is obviously projecting. A great addition to a novel that centers around psychological issues. I am looking forward to Marcus' growth into one of Devin's allies.
