I still have my NaNo novel from 2009 I'm working to finish by mid-December, so even though I'm prepping something new, my intention was to use NaNo as a tool to get my butt in gear, and the novel I'm prepping as a carrot of sorts. (If you finish this book, you can spend the rest of November working on the new shiny one!)

Except something happened. I'm so excited about where the new one is going that I decided to do both. Somehow.

Does anyone who has done multiple books in a month have any tips for managing it?
