It takes knowledge of Photoshop, but other than that, it's just as easy (and less messy!) as traditional scrapbooking. It's easy to download papers, elements, etc. And you can get a lot for free too, so it's cheaper than traditional scrapbooking. I enjoy it. Mostly though I do it because my husband doesn't complain about the mess!
