If you're trying to manage the least possible: I would put the Contest Challenges (one each Saturday) in your portfolio. I think if you need to you can put all of them into one item. I would put the newest on top and a short note in the beginning to make it easier for Contest Judges. If you can manage to put them each in their own static item, that would also be a good start. Who was it who put the entire Prep into one static item before? Was that you, Joy ?

I would also create a folder on your computer and put everything else together in there, or on your favorite cloud storage spot if you prefer that.
