I'm sure you're at least three minutes west of your time zone border, eh? you can slide on the Oct 3 deadline because it's based on local time, and in practice we'll delete non participants in the morning around 8am wdc to cover all time zones.

However, contest round deadlines are strict because they're based on Wdc time, not local time. So heads up about that.
