OT?: Seems to me...
by Past Member 'alysia'
...that when I go to write out my plot, or anything along those lines. It always seems lame, but inside my head it seems like a brilliant idea. I get so hyped about it that I must work on it. And if it is really good, it will linger inside my mind for years to come, even when I am not writing on it. I always wonder what it is about a story that one just has to write it, and won't be satisfied until it is written. Also, does anyone else find inspiration in reading How-to-Write books/ articles or better perform your writing when stuck in writer's block? My husband thinks it is silly, but most of the time, the how-to books and articles always seem to help me get back into writing mode. Am I weird? |
