You've signed up at the official site and here, signing up for the marathon group is optional and can be done anytime before November 1st I think. Shout out if you have any more questions, but for now I'd check out the assignments listed in the "October Nano Prep: 2014 Calendar" Open in new Window. and just start. *Smile*
