There is a character data base. If you look to the top of the program you will see a link in that row of links between scenes and locations that says Character. When you click on that it gives you the option to add or view/edit.

When you add a character, it will show you which scenes the character is in as well as the number of words written for that character.

Below that are some tabs. One says Character. After you add in your characters, they will show up in the database below the tabs when you click on the character tab.
