October Novel Prep Challenge << Previous • Message List • Next >>
The power company finally got its act together yesterday morning, but my internet didn't come back until today while I was at work. Everything seems to work now.
Since I ended up having to do everything by hand, I'm now typing stuff in. I'm going to log the items I have now (My Day 3 required and bonus) which were completed before sundown Saturday. I discovered while starting the Day 4 assignment that kerosene just isn't a viable lighting alternative for me anymore (these eyes being 53 years old now) so Sunday I bought a really nifty LED camping lantern. I highly recommend having at least one of these around the house.
So Sunday I did complete the Day 4 assignment longhand (but in point of fact, not by the contest deadline, so that question turned out to be moot) and I did my Day 6 on the actually date of October 6. Now I have to type them in, as I mentioned, which I will do before moving on to Day 7.
I'm done typing in Day 3, and I will post that shortly. I will log Day 4 and Day 6 without links. I would like to link them when they are on WDC; can I just repost the assignment with the link, or do I need a moderator to help with that?
...
