Not to rain on your post in any way, and I realize there are reports this past week that Art Garfunkle had passed away, but it was hoax. I can happily report he is alive and well, as is Paul Simon, still crazy after all these years.

I doubt you'll be penalized as it was all over the internet he'd passed.
