My main characters have so many problems with one another, just dealing with them and their development has taken up all my time. Then I realized...nope. I need bad guys. This is where having a writing partner that lives 5000 miles away becomes a problem, because the only antagonist I know for sure is mostly a shadowy presence in this novel. It's not until the next one that he even shows up except as a voice on the other end of the phone, so to speak. Why do we need bad guys when our characters are so good and beating themselves up?! *le sigh* -Quaddy Check this Out!
