Great post Elle - on hiatus! You are absolutely right that my protagonist is the bad guy and my antagonist is the good guy who does his best to catch this guy before another person...

A year ago I would have thought that my protagonist had to be the good guy. How that would change the story I am writing for NaNo!

The Antagonist brings the conflict to a head, complicates everything while trying to put every possible obstacle into the protagonists every want and need!

I can't wait to write my protagonists story, I learn so much about them during this process. Chrys O'Shea you are absolutely right in making sure our characters are not 100% good or bad, well as long as they are human..lol
