Well, it's going to have all sorts of twists and turns. She's assaulted before she loses her job, so she's learning how to cope with those stresses as well as learning to overcome the loss of her father. She is a recent college graduate and wanted to get away from the pain of losing her dad and well she wasn't satisfied with her hometown, but didn't do research before just moving: she figured anywhere would be better than where she was living now. She wants to move elsewhere that had always been her dream, but she used up all the money she had. Her dad was her only surviving parent, she has no family... but she does have friends in that other place and I think I'm going to end it with one of her friends get their own place and she moves there with the friend's help. Ultimately, it's a coming of age tale and lessons learned from growing pains. The novel is going to start with her getting ready to graduate from college, then securing a job to move a month later. I think the prologue will be about her relationship with her dad, introducing the family setting and then his death.
The writer is the engineer of the human soul.
