We don't work in dollars. OPD starts here from 800 Rs.(1 dollar= Rs 50) but that's only the first visit. What they prescribe later is different but OPD charges are that only. Of course there are celebrity counselors and other specializing in something which charges extra but real one are like that. I'm not sure whether these are real psychologists or not. I do believe India is cheaper than other countries.
