You should be fine.

Lots of authors use them without an issue.

One that jumps out to mind for me is "Where the Heart Is". The main character lives in and eventually works at Walmart for awhile, and many other authors make use of real life companies in their stories.

However, if it's a major part of your story, you might want to consider making one up. Unless you know enough about the company to make it realistic.
