I agree! There has to be a struggle...gun fights are great. Also sting operations. Maybe a game of cat and mouse. I live in Northern California and my husband works for a police department. I asked him what his department would do to recapture a bad guy...his said a detective would work closely with the FBI and a SWAT Team. It would most likely be a sting operation. But his point was that local authorities would work closely with federal authorities...

I also asked about a gun fight...in California, not likely...
