Just go back to your premise... Protagonist: MC1 (and MC2?) Goal: to have a successful relationship (?) Conflict: actions on the part of the children and the woman are getting in the way Since your antagonist is the character or thing that's creating the conflict, I think your antagonists are the children and the woman.
