First, on the Log, it shows an "Exceeded 72 Date" as 10/25/15 @ 04:21. But if you want more detail, you can see this on the "By User" tab:

As of 10/25/15 @ 04:21, 72.7 hours had elapsed between posts. Please let me know if there is an error or confusion about the rule so we can fix it.
