I'm gonna add to this list:

-She wants to kill him *Whistle*
-He is from a different class
-She doesn't trust anyone, ever
-The one person had an abusive relationship before
-Age difference
-The one has been windowed before
-She doesn't believe in a joint account (money, yet again)
-One of them swings both ways, is conflicted about that *Laugh*
-Etc.
