For first timers and some times repeaters, we look at our idea and think where are these characters going? I still don't know all the conflicts I need, the middle and the climax. I know the beginning and the end, sort of. Thats where the process here may help. when you come to a stop, don't look at it as if the whole hillside fell. Think of it as a T or a Y in the road. What if this happens? What if I introduce another character? Throw it out and see what sticks. You may dump it latr but its your thoughts and your word count. Just keep going.
