Maybe that's the key to writing awesome romance novels- to never have experienced love herself . I don't know. One time someone on here said how they aren't sexually active person in real life but they write erotica very well. I have no idea how this is possible but look for example that L. James woman who wrote 50 Shades of Grey. As far as I'm concerned she never herself was in any bondage relationship (which explains poorly written books in my opinion) but she sells.. like, 90 % of women are crazy about those books . Same is with Austen I guess. Many people don't find her writing pleasurable, or they think it's stupid, even some famous writers expressed some sort of disagreement toward her novels but she's still among best selling authors even today .
