For Freeborn (project in edits) the Firefly theme is extremely useful to keep my head where it ought to be.

Current prepping subject? Something more along the lines of Fighter by Christina Aguilera or Fight Song by Rachel Platten might be more relevant. Not because of a fistfight but because it will be a long road to recover.
