you could start with hitting the highest points :
1. pushing out of her comfort zone (juggling college and working, then finding a way into stripping - so not an easy segue for the average person)

2. Something happens at the bar and she's diagnosed with cancer (wow, that has a LOT of to unpack)

3. Meets Death Personified (this feels like the end of Act I)

Continue here, into your middle section, your act two, your rising action - This is where things happen because of the meeting with Death, all building toward your climax...


Then CLIMAX! Does Death get her to retract her wish or not? (That might not be your climax, but it looks like it from that paragraph) ... so... then... denouement... and done. Where's the new normal?
