Yes, so long as you don't exceed 72 hours between this posting and the next one.

In other words, if you post Day 13 and Day 14 today, at 11:00 am on 10/12, and then wait to post Day 15 until 1:00 pm on 10/15, you'll be disqualified, even though you posted the Day 15 assignment on the 15th. Watch the clock carefully.
